| Over 20 years of business transactional experience, including 10 years of experience as in-house corporate counsel of a multimillion dollar engineering services firm. A business owner since 1996. I am the founder of the firm and business consulting practice, serving as principal and managing director in the firm's Long Island headquarters. I am focused on the representation of business clients, for all aspects of business formation, operations and management. I have represented a diverse client list. Clients include, but are not limited to, naval architects and marine engineers, printers, mortgage and insurance brokers, doctors and other health care professionals, restaurateurs, skilled craftsmen, and research scientists. I have also played prominent roles in client's strategic planning committees, project management committees, pension boards, and have served as their small business liaison officer. I am a licensed active member of the Bar in New York and Washington DC, and I am licensed to practice, but I am an inactive member of the Bar in the State of Pennsylvania. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, the USMMA Alumni Association, the chambers of Commerce of Amityville and the Massapequas, as well as the Massapequa Park Board of Zoning Appeals. I am a graduate of The United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point New York, New York Law School, New York University School of Law, and New York University Stern School of Business. |
