| Justin Cauley began his professional career when he became a product/database designer with BE Wallace Products Co. where he was instrumental in the design and fabrication of gantries (heavy duty mechanical cranes) on AutoCAD software. Here, Mr. Cauley tested products for defects prior to distribution. Mr. Cauley later accepted a position with the United States Postal Service as an In-Plant support engineer, developing new office space and plant layouts using electronic design and implementation methods. During the same time, Mr. Cauley worked towards the completion of a bachelors degree in Commerce Engineering and Management Information Systems from Drexel University. Mr. Cauley completed his MBA at the University of Wisconsin with a focus in Finance and Accounting shortly thereafter. Mr. Cauley actively participates in community service projects with his fraternity Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., as well as other organizations both locally and abroad.
