| Steve and Debbie Kutner are Long Island’s only husband-wife team of certified real estate auctioneers and in addition; are certified in real estate auction marketing. We are both graduates of Continental Auctioneers School in Mankato, MN. Continental attracts students from around the world and is well known for teaching the skills needed to execute a successful real estate auction. Steve and Debbie also hold NY State real estate licenses and are members of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Steve and Debbie are licensed to sell any type of real estate in NY. Steve has extensive marketing experience and holds a B.S. in Marketing from NY Institute of Technology in Old Westbury. He was founder and president of a large computer supply corporation that employed over eighty people right here on Long Island. Debbie has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Adelphi University in Garden City. She has worked with children and parents for over twenty years; this has given her excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with people. Both Steve and Debbie are multi-property owners and understand what it takes to buy and sell real estate. In addition, they have held real estate seminars and firmly believe that now is the time for real estate auctions on Long Island. |
