| We are a Canadian Custom Home Building Company with over 35 years of building energy efficient homes, and whose vision it is ‘to provide an opportunity for everyone to own a mortgage free home.’ During these 35 years, 10 of them were spent developing a phenomenal opportunity whereby people could obtain a mortgage free home, with little money down, and in far less time than they could, using the conventional mortgages, that all of the clients for whom we built houses, had all been burdened with. With such a ‘marketable opportunity’ we have expanded our home building business into a multi-million dollar Federally Incorporated company that now markets our ICF Home opportunity to the world. And we have been fortunate to be now facilitating the construction of custom built homes, at a price that everyone, and that is truly everyone, can easily afford. Because of the quantity of ICF Homes we are selling, we know that with proper energy efficient attention, that these homes can make a positive environmental difference in the world. For that reason, plus the fact that we used this product during most of our 35 years of construction, we recommend the ‘homeowners to be’ to, consider the use of ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) during the construction of their home. While we know, first hand, how efficient these Styrofoam Building Blocks can be, we simply recommend their use, not require it, as it is our customers’ choice as to products to be used. Nonetheless, we do feel that the only thing better than having an energy efficient home, whereby your comfort is increased while your energy costs are decreased, is to have such a home made available to you at a very low initial payment, no further monthly cheques to be issued, no interest rates to bare, and all with a possession date that is quicker than any conventional mortgage.
