T.E.A.M. is the acronym for "Together Everyone Achieves More"... (Like I said before...I love acronyms) ....imagine having people who help you achieve more... than you could ever do... by yourself? Now multiply that by ten...and you come close to how much a Mastermind Team can help you achieve. More and ...more and....much more than you can achieve alone.  ;
I know because my Mastermind Team has helped me to see my business in ways I never imagined. They have taken me around the country on business trips to conferences and coaching seminars. Because of their influence, I have multiple blogs and a regular conference call that I co-host with Janice Gentles-Jones...a member of my Mastermind Team. My business picks up quality leads as a byproduct of working with my Mastermind Team.
So who is on your Mastermind Team? Who helps you achieve more than you would by yourself? Who do you call when you have a problem?
Like Ghostbusters...my Mastermind Team are Problem-busters.
I have a whole slew of people on my team that give me quality time when I need to solve a problem, brainstorm, or just plain talk trash. If you don't have a team....you can use mine. They are all for hire in their chosen calling.

Andrew Morrison leads off as my mentor. He helped me pick the one thing I want to be known for...and that is helping small business owners acquire business credit. But he is more than that. This is the guy that keeps stretching me. Stretching is when you haven't done something you need to do....and you do it anyway...because you must. I got time in the front of the room as well. I asked three questions that made people think about their business credit. It all boils down to..... If you used your social security number in your application for business credit...you are personally liable and it really isn't business credit.
