| Carlton C. Campbell Sr. has worked for years as a freelance photographer. He has also worked in television production, and for over 15 years produced a weekly series of programs on a wide range of community-based issues. In 2003 he founded Guest Production Inc, providing services in event photography as well as video production. In 2007 he transformed his business into a more viable operation with the launching of an e-commerce site specializing in personalized photo gifts. His vision however is to provide a well needed service to underserved youths. For many years he has observed the lack of productive activities for youngsters. This problem is particularly evident in those communities that are poor and underserved. This lack is one of the reasons these youngsters become gangsters or fall prey to other criminal activities. He believes there is overwhelming evidence to support the argument that without positive direction a young mind is susceptible to negative influences. Given the above; Guest Production is in the process of establishing a 501(C) (3) corporation, its mission, “To Empower Youth Through Education”. Thereby making them less vulnerable to those wishing to destroy them. This new organization will be named CADU, which means gift. This new entity will seek to provide solutions to the problems confronting young people in our communities. |
